Garage Door Bottom Seal

Keep out dirt, moisture and especially wind-driven embers with this heavy-duty garage seal and track.  Easily installs to the bottom of any flat door surface, this gasket and track compresses when closed to provide a tight seal to the concrete floor.

Our garage door seal and track kit comes complete with screws to secure the aluminum track to the door bottom.

Simply secure each track piece and then slide in the double rubber bulb gasket into the track.  Adjust the door so that when it closes the entire gasket makes good contact with the floor.

Compare our kit to the Big Box stores, which offer only a single round gasket.  Our gasket provides a double seal to protect the inside of your garage.

Installation:

Simply remove old track or gasket, and attach new track flush to outside edge of door bottom. Slide in door gasket, leave a little at each end to ensure a good seal.  Adjust the door operation to ensure a slight compression of the gasket on the lowest side of the floor.

That's it!  You have now protected your garage from the elements!
